Redesign of the BlueMessaging Website
In this project, I successfully redesigned the BlueMessaging website to enhance user understanding and engagement. Through a user-centric approach following the Design Thinking methodology, I improved message clarity, SEO rankings, and conversion rates. My solutions included industry-specific pages, clear visual elements, and interactive prototypes, leading to a superior user experience and better positioning of BlueMessaging's SmartForms and SmartChat products.
